Attorney Shana Carter was born and raised in a small town in south Georgia known as Smithville. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and her law degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. She has been practicing law since 2019. Mrs. Carter has experience in assisting with debtor’s rights issues as she began practicing law as a creditor’s rights attorney. Since then she has also worked as an insurance defense attorney where she represented insurance companies in personal injury claims. She has also worked as an assistant solicitor general and an assistant district attorney.
When she is not busy assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter.
Our office provides service to clients in Atlanta and surrounding counties including but not limited to Henry County and Fulton County. As we are willing to travel to meet the needs of our clients.
